I went into the local fitness store originally just to have a quick look at the prices of some Fitness Equipment that I was looking for. And then, after spending alomost 2 hours speaking with one of the fitness consultants I ended up walking out with far more quipment that I thought I would. I couldn’t believe the amazing prices and it was hard to not pass it up especially considering I was looking to make a purchase very soon anyway. The fitness consultants really knew what they were talking about and you could tell that they actually exercised a lot themselves. There is no point in being sold some fitness equipment by people who clearly do no exercise themselves. I just know that it takes a person to think about the good things in working out to be a person to work out like he or she should. I am the type of person that works out like he should most of the time, at least. I know that the main factor of me working out so well is being able to work out at home and not worrying about working out at the gym. I always make a to do list at the start of the week. I would list everything that I need to do for the week. I made one for last week but when I woke up the next day I lost it. Since I was too busy to make another, I decided to go through the week without one and test myself if I can go through a week without it.

So I went through my week doing the usual things that I would do. Everything seems routine to me. At the end of the week, I found my list inside my bag. It was just there, sitting. I hurriedly check if I did all the things I needed to do. Surprisingly, I did all of them except one, and that is my Exercises To Do At Home. I totally forgot about it. It’s something I’m doing just recently and maybe that is the reason why I forgot to do it.
